Business and Professional Service specializes exclusively in billing for Emergency Medical Services. By utilizing continuing education through training and seminars, we keep our staff well informed on all laws and regulations pertinent to our industry.

Business and Professional Service was established in 1932 as the Medical Exchange and Information Bureau and was then owned by the Bexar County Medical Society. It was a service organization for the medical and dental profession in San Antonio. The company was renamed Business and Professional Service (BPS) in 1941, to reflect the fact that it could service all grantors. In 2019, after working for the company for 30+ years, Tom McDonald purchased the business and remains actively involved as the owner and President.
